I am both an experienced equestrian and a credentialed teacher. Combining over 2 decades of equine experience with more than 8 years working with children in schools as a Special Education teacher, I provide instruction to a wide range of students and adapt lessons to meet everyone’s unique needs and goals. Although I have competed in various disciplines in the past including Cross Country, Dressage and Jumping, I primarily teach English Pleasure riding and natural horsemanship for beginner/intermediate students. In addition to teaching horsemanship and riding skills, I am passionate about introducing students to the social and emotional benefits of working with horses.
